It is now mandatory for attorneys, if they are to remain members of the New York State practicing bar, to earn 24 hours of CLE education credits every two years. Four of these credits must be ethics related. Attorneys are required to earn 32 credits.

The Orange County Bar Association has an active CLE Committee whose primary mission is the planning and presentation of OCA approved and accredited Continuing Legal Education programs throughout Orange County.
